I love this quote because it reminds me that nothing matters except the present moment.
If this quote is true, if all we ever have to do is be in the present moment , then there is hope. Then this moment feels doable. We can be resting in time and space, with a sense ease and safety. We can practice this.
I am safe.
I am at ease in this moment.
It’s just one moment, after all, so it can be done. I’m sure.
If we can start to shift each moment, just tweak it bit by bit, we can slowly start to change the course of our lives. And by that I just mean, we can start to have more moments filled with ease, safety, peace and belonging. One moment at a time.
